We help companies move from intuition to evidence. Our strategy work starts with the customer: who they are, what drives their decisions, where the journey breaks, and what would make them stay. From there, we design the commercial systems that connect insight to growth.

How we work:

Most strategy projects run in three sprints: Understand (research, interviews, journey mapping), Design (offers, activation plan, channel deployment), and Deliver (narrative, KPI tree, pilot scorecard). Typical engagement: 8 to 12 weeks.

Product Development

From sketch to shelf.

We develop physical products from concept through to production. Our team covers the full lifecycle: industrial design, engineering, prototyping, supplier sourcing, tooling, compliance, packaging, and quality control. With design capability in Europe and manufacturing networks in Hong Kong and mainland China, we manage the complexity, so you don’t have to.

Capabilities:

Industrial and product design. Design for manufacturing (DFM). Rapid prototyping and technical feasibility. Supplier sourcing and evaluation (EU, HK, CN). Tooling oversight and pilot production runs. Compliance guidance and certification support. Packaging design and production planning. Quality control and logistics coordination.

How we work:

Product timelines vary by complexity, but our typical process moves through four phases: Concept (research, sketching, feasibility), Development (CAD, prototyping, DFM), Production (tooling, pilot runs, QC), and Launch (packaging, logistics, market entry). We stay involved until units ship.

Launch & Market Entry

Momentum by design, not by accident.

A great product with a weak launch is a missed opportunity. We build the commercial infrastructure around new products and programs: brand identity, positioning, crowdfunding strategy, digital performance, and go-to-market plans. We’ve launched on Kickstarter, designed trade activation engines for global brands, and built engagement systems that replace one-off campaigns with sustained, measurable pipelines.

Brand strategy, naming, and visual identity. Crowdfunding campaign design and execution. Go-to-market planning and channel strategy. Digital acquisition, CRM, and nurture flows. Pre-launch community building. Funding strategy and pitch support. Performance measurement and optimization.

How we work:

Launch engagements are tailored to the product and market. For crowdfunding, we typically start 8 to 10 weeks before campaign day. For corporate programs, we embed within existing teams and work in sprints aligned to business cycles.
